Robo Calls Won't Stop?

Explore your options with us

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) prohibits the use of an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) to communicate with others on cellular telephones. It is unlawful to make calls with an ATDS unless you have given prior express consent to receive these types of calls. Robocalls as they are known, have spiked in recent years.

According to the FTC, robocalls are the number 1 consumer complaint. Approximately 37 percent of robocall complaints in 2018 were calls promoting debt reduction solutions. If you have not given prior express consent for these calls, you may be entitled to $500-$1,500 per call. Contact a consumer protection attorney today to discuss your options.
