Attorney
Sara Khosroabadi, Esq. is a California and Nevada–licensed consumer protection attorney and the founder of her own law practice dedicated to standing up for individuals against powerful corporations, creditors, and credit reporting agencies. With a strong track record of results and a hands-on approach, Sara is committed to protecting consumers from fraud, identity theft, and unfair credit practices.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Sara’s passion for advocacy and helping others has been central to her career from the very beginning. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University, where she developed a deep understanding of human behavior, an invaluable asset in client advocacy and negotiation. After college, she worked at a consumer protection law firm, where she witnessed firsthand the devastating impact of unfair credit and deceptive business practices. That experience inspired her to become an attorney and dedicate her career to consumer rights.
Sara earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego in 2014. While in law school, she was awarded the Diversity Scholarship, actively participated in multiple diversity organizations, and served as President of the Beaumont Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, reflecting her leadership and commitment to justice.
Throughout her career, Sara has successfully represented clients in claims against major creditors, debt collectors, and credit bureaus, including Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian, helping consumers resolve identity theft issues and correct damaging credit reporting errors. She has also played a key role in high-profile consumer cases, including claims arising from the 2015 Volkswagen Emissions Scandal, and has filed class action lawsuits against companies such as Blue Apron and Birchbox for deceptive automatic renewal practices.
In addition to consumer protection litigation, Sara has represented employees in workplace disputes and has secured multiple six-figure settlements for her clients. As a business owner, she prides herself on providing personalized attention, clear communication, and strategic advocacy, guiding her clients every step of the way and treating each case with the care it deserves.
Sara is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and she serves on the Board of Directors of the Iranian American Bar Association. Her mission is simple: to hold companies accountable and empower consumers to protect their rights and their financial futures.
